Commissioner Bettman has asked that I respond to your January 13th letter.
We are obviously very appreciative of your interest and support of the NHL. Unfortunately, both Commissioner Bettman's schedule and mine is overloaded with activity during the All-Star Weekend, making it impossible to do more than say a quick hello in Tampa. However, we would be delighted to meet with representatives of NHLFA in our offices in New York following the All Star Weekend to discuss with you issues relating to the game as well as the key findings from the Fan Report poll.
Please contact my office to arrange a mutually convenient meeting time during All-Star Weekend if possible or to schedule a meeting with the Commissioner and myself in our offices in New York.
