The results of our fifth annual Fan Report poll will be distributed next week. The Fan Report will be sent to NHLFA Members, the hockey media, the NHL and all NHL players, coaches and GMs.
It would be absolutely wonderful if our Fan Report announcement included news that the NHLFA has topped 20,000 Members. We only need 228 more hockey fans to sign-up to reach that milestone. Please aggressively help us reach that total by encouraging your friends and family to join (as you know, it's free) or by spreading the word on chat rooms. NHLFA spokesman, Liam Maguire, will once again be hosting "Liam Online" this Saturday on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada. The segment will appear at the conclusion of game two of Saturday night's double-header. You can attempt to stump Liam on hockey trivia by accessing the HNIC website (http://www.cbc.ca/hockey). Simply follow the links to "After Hours" and then click "Liam Online".
