This note is being sent to the 21,203 Members of the NHL Fans' Association.

The results of the mini-poll conducted last week regarding proposed rule changes to our game can be found in the news release. Many of you like the proposed new rule decreasing the size of goaltenders' pads. Restricting goalies from playing the puck behind the goal line is not a popular idea.

Regarding the NHLFA's activities surrounding the NHL-NHLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, we have posted the exiting CBA at http://www.nhlfa.com/CBA/ for your perusal. This reference tool may be helpful in the coming weeks as the NHLFA begins its own proposed solutions.
